There was an extra roll of toilet paper, as usual. But I discovered it was all dirty 😵‍💫 and called reception to get another one for hygienic reasons. At first, I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, and I had to make several attempts. Finally, after several calls, I got a toilet paper roll in one hour (!). All that time, I had to wait in the room before showering. This caused a delay in my daily programme, and I was almost late for a meeting. I made it only thanks to a quick and limited breakfast. I asked the hotel to respond to the issue and preferably compensate for the mess they caused. They never even adequately apologised. I was unhappy about their attitude, not taking their customers seriously. If you had a real problem like a health issue occurring in your room in this hotel, please remember that you couldn’t always reach the reception staff here.

Good hotel 10 min from alexendaplatz station, many shops and malls restaurant. Tram M4 M5 M6 take you main station. Trams/bus 200 available outside hotel to take you main attractions such as checkpoint Charlie. Breakfast very good with lots of options hot and cold. House keeping good and rooms good size and well appointed bathroom with toiletries. Tea and coffee. English Tv very limited mainly news. Only negative stains on the carpet and also in the corridor. However, no surface dirt. Reception professional and welcoming. Easy checking in and out in. Able to purchase tram and bus tickets at the tourist desk. Hop on hop off bus. Tickets are also available to purchase at this hotel. If you’re looking for a hotel, not in the hustle and bustle of the centre with easy access to the airport, and main attractions, this would make a good choice.

Excellent location, with a good breakfast, including plenty of choice……… The hotel was also very clean, with a comfortable bedroom….. Ideal for a city break, with it being so close to the centre…….. We would recommend staying here…………………..

The loud ventilation system could not be switched off. We were told all the rooms were the same. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head. Service was mostly friendly. The bathroom was large at the expense of the room size with a tiny space down one side of the queen size bed. the location is by a busy road in a featureless area

Great hotel! Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and cater for all dietary needs and allergies. Also knowledgeable with area and transport options. Cost of drinks/snack on par with other places of Berlin,not over priced for hotel. Thank you for a great stay
